His research activities are the applications of IT technology to legal domain, legal standard and legal drafting, use of the XML technologies to devise legal documents models, design and development of Web applications.
Recently his interests have been focused on the study and use of natural language processing techniques (NLP) applied to legal documents for knowledge extraction, in particular for automated text classification, anonymity processes based on Named Entity Recognition (NER).
