xmLegesMarker is able to convert a plain legislative text into a XML-NIR file. It is useful to deal with legacy contents.
The software was presentend in Barcelona, during the LOAIT 2009 workshop, showing the application of xmLegesMarker to italian bills in order to automatically produce the parallel text.
