On the end of 2003 ELIOS Observatory was updated with:
- An homepage validated by W3C standards;
- A mysql database connected with a php tool for search proceedings;
- A total list of the described resources.
On June 2002 ELIOS Observatory was updated with:
- A different organisazion and presentation of the recors describing the
resources on the Net;
- A more effective functional and semantical organisation of the site;
- New contents.
On 2001 ELIOS Observatory was updated with:
- A most accessible interface;
- Finally, a map of the site.
On the end of 2000 ELIOS Observatory was updated with:
- A reorganization for the site with most usable indexes;
- New useful topics such as "Search engines" and "Organization" one;
On the end of 1999 ELIOS Observatory was updated with:
- Description Records of the selected sites (marked by
 );
- Form for suggestions of new links (Feedback Form);
- Related Sites Lists relating to four different categories:
- Public Administration Bodies (Italian ones)
- Universities and Research Centers (all over the world)
- IT Law Institutes (specifically oriented to the field of Information Technologies applied to Law).
