L'Autore esamina alcuni aspetti della rilevanza di Gottfried Wilhelm von Leibniz per l'odierna logica deontica. In particolare, l'Autore esamina alcuni contributi di G.W. Leibniz alla teoria delle antinomie, distingue dalle antinomie deontiche altre specie di antinomie (antinomie proeretiche, thetiche, critiche, diacritiche, pragmatiche), indaga il rapporto tra regole regolative e regole costitutive.

In the paper Parerga leibnitiana the Author considers some aspects of the relevance of Gottfried Wilhelm von Leibniz for modern deontic logic. In particular the Author examines some of Leibniz's contributions to the theory of antinomies, distinguishes from other types (proheretic, thetic, critical, diacritical and pragmatic antinomies), investigates the relation between regulative rules and constitutive rules.
