L’A. ha in corso la pubblicazione delle Concordanze lessicali bilingui, italiane e francesi, del Codice Napoleone, presso l’Accademia della Crusca. Gli strumenti informatici sono stati utili, ma hanno mostrato anche i loro limiti, per ora insuperabili, per comporre un’opera così complessa e possibile solo con l’intervento umano. L’A. prende spunto da quest’opera per rilevare che le attuali regole tecniche per la redazione di testi legislativi e atti giuridici sembrano mostrare l’assenza di una base teorica adeguata. Pare quindi opportuno individuare una teoria organica dei principii fondamentali della tecnica normativa, per renderla più efficace e per prepararsi alle prossime sfide dell’intelligenza artificiale.
The Author is currently publishing the bilingual – Italian and French – lexical Concordances of the Napoleon Code at the Accademia della Crusca. IT tools have been useful, but they have also shown their limits, till now unsurpassable, to compose such a complex work, possible only with human intervention. The Author takes a cue from this work to point out that the current technical rules for the drafting of legislative texts and legal acts seem to show the absence of an adequate theoretical basis. It therefore seems appropriate to identify an organic theory of fundamental principles of normative technique, to make it more effective and to prepare for the next challenges of artificial intelligence.
