Computers against Judges
Il giudice può essere sostituito dall'elaboratore elettronico? Questo è l'interrogativo che l'A. si pone. La macchina sarebbe astrattamente in grado di fornire sentenze non influenzate dall'emotività umana, ma non potrebbe esprimere alcuna personalità. Il ricorso all'elaboratore in funzione del tutto sostitutiva del giudice rimane comunque una prospettiva poco realistica, in quanto richiederebbe una radicale trasformazione del diritto; per contro fin d'ora il computer può essere impiegato dall'operatore giuridico come valido ausilio nella sua attività.
Can the judge be replaced by computers? Computers get the advantage to supply sentences without being influenced by human feelings even if without individualism. This method is not realistic because it requires a deep change of the law, but computers can be used by legal operators as an aid for their work.
