L'approccio sistemistico nell'analisi e sintesi di testi in linguaggio naturale, con particolare riguardo a testi giuridici

The Systematic Approach in the Analysis and Synthesis of Natural Language Texts with Particular Regard to Legal Texts

Gli AA. dell'articolo di propongono di delineare un atteggiamento generale, di tipo sistemistico, nell'adozione di linguaggi naturali nella comunicazione uomo-macchina, partendo da testi scritti. Definiti i concetti di "analisi" e "sintesi" di testi, viene chiarita la nozione di "analisi sistematica di testi" e illustrato il problema della valutazione della sua adeguatezza nel confronto tra il testo espresso nel linguaggio artificiale (quale risultato dell'analisi) e il contenuto del testo in linguaggio naturale; tanto per l'analisi quanto per la sintesi di testi viene suggerita l'adozione di criteri restrittivi, in connessione con gli obiettivi scelti. Sono segnalate numerose applicazioni pratiche delle ricerche sull'analisi e sulla sintesi di testi e, a titolo d'esempio, è presentata l'analisi, effettuata mediante l'impiego delle reti di Petri, dell'art. 4 e di alcune parti dell'art. 5 della legge 1° giugno 1977, n. 285 sull'occupazione giovanile.

The AA. of the article describe a general, systemistic type approach in the adoption of natural language in man-machine communication, starting from written texts. After defining the concept of «analysis» and «synthesis» of texts, the AA. clarify the notion of «systemistic analysis of texts» and illustrate the problem of the evolution of its adequacy in the comparison between the artificial language text (as results from analysis) and the content if the natural language text. Both for the analysis and for the synthesis of texts the adoption is suggested of restrictive criteria in connection with the chose aims. The AA. Indicate numerous practical applications of research on analysis and on synthesis of texts and, as an example, supply the analysis carried out by the use of Petri's networks of Section 4 and of some parts of Section 5 of the Act of June 1977, No 285 on the employment of young people.
