L'A. esprime l'opinione che il sottoprogetto P2 sia negativamente condizionato dalle esigenze di politica industriale cui s'informano gli altri due sottoprogetti del PFI e il programma finalizzato per l'elettronica del CIPI e si richiama l'attenzione sull'urgente necessità, prima di procedere all'informatizzazione della Pubblica Amministrazione, di estendere l'ambito degli studi all'area della ricerca giuridica, finora rimasta confinata ai margini.
This is the opinion of a research fellow of the Institute for Legal Documentation of the Italian National Research Council. It is expressed that the Sub-Project P2 is unfavourably influenced by the requirements of industrial policy on which depend the other two Sub-Projects of the PFI and the purpose oriented programme for electronics of the CIPI and attention was called to the urgent need, before proceeding with the automation of Public Administration, of extending the ambit of studies to the field of legal research, so far considered as secondary.
