European Union policies on e-Justice aim at creating a common European e-Justice area by developing solutions able to improve cross-border access of citizens and businesses to legal means in Europe, as well as improving the interoperability between legal authorities within the EU through the use of information and communication technologies.
ITTIG shares these policies by taking part to various projects in the field of e-Justice, promoting dematerialisation and decentralization of judicial proceedings, transport communication protocols, security and control mechanisms, and support to their standardisation.
