In today’s information society the mere concept of citizenship has changed. The advent and impact of the internet has led to a major overhaul of the juridical and regulation and its intrinsic territoriality.
The question is: how have the rights and, more broadly speaking, the laws changed in the internet era?
This line of research concernes IT Law (Public Law), with particular emphasis on digital administration; “new rights” in the information society; Open Government and Open Data; Internet Governance.
