Director

The Director

The Director, who is nominated by a provision of the President of the CNR on a four yearly basis, is responsible for the research activity of the Institute as well as its organization and functioning.
In accordance with the administrative-accountancy Rule of the CNR the Director has prime responsibility for Institute expenditure.

Since 1 December 2008, the Director is Costantino Ciampi, CNR Research director.
