1. "Informatica e diritto" [Informatics and Law]

Journal on Legal Informatics and Computer and Law for the study and critical analysis of the problems of applying new information technologies to the legal field as well as the legal problems that the development of informatics and telematics technology have given rise to in modern societies.

2. "Studi e documenti" series

This is the most recent publishing initiative of the IDG. Its aim consists in giving the vast monographic literature produced by the Institute, which had previously been distributed amongst a wide range of edited series, better visibility. The first titles in the series are "Informatica, diritto, ambiente. Tecnologie dell'informazione e diritto all'ambiente", edited by Antonio Cammelli and Elio Fameli (Napoli 1997) p.253; ), the proceedings of the congress "Documento informatico, firma digitale e commercio elettronico", edited by Vito Rizzo (Napoli 2000, p. 286), and the collective manual "Lineamenti di Informatica giuridica. Teoria, metodi, applicazioni", edited by Roberta Nannucci (Napoli 2002, p.XX + 603). The fourth number that contains the feasibility study conducted on behalf of the Consiglio di Stato, [Council of State], will soon be published. It deals with "Analisi dei flussi documentali della giustizia amministrativa", [Analysis of documentary flows in administrative justice] edited by Sebastiano Faro, Paolo Guidotti and Loriana Serrotti.

3. "CD" series

Series of CD-Rom databases produced by the Institute. It was set up with the aim of differentiating databases provided with respect to on-line distribution. All CD-ROMs are distributed with a handbook that also contains further tools for easier access. The first number published is "Diritto e nuove tecnologie dell'informazione. Repertorio sistematico della normativa statale (1951-1997) con testo integrale e note di coordinamento", edited by Isabella D'Elia Ciampi. Introduzione e Manuale d'uso di p. 299 (Napoli 1997, seconda ed. 2001 - CD 6). Thence publishing proceeded as follows: the first issue on electronic support of the "IT Law - Information Technology and Law" (2 CDs, 1998) database and its second issue, containing updates to 1999 (5 CDs, 2001), edited by C.Ciampi and R. Nannucci, the "BEGA (Bibliografia delle edizioni giuridiche antiche)" database, edited by Fiammetta Giovannelli Onida (CD 3, 1999), and the "Gride dei Conservatori della Sanità dello Stato di Milano (periodo del predominio spagnolo)", edited by Fiammetta Giovannelli Onida (4 CDs - 2001).

4. "Indici lessicali del diritto" series

For the analysis of Italian legal language found in official editions of legal texts. The most recent numbers published are: "Indici della lingua legislativa italiana.
